Ten23
Ten23 is a luxury rental located adjacent to Manhatan's new High Line. I was contracted by Equity Residential to create a name and logo that reflected the building, location and quality.
The Brooklyner
is the tallest building in Brooklyn and houses 500 upscale rental apartments. It was codeveloped by Clarett Capital and Equity Residential. I was retained to create the name, logo and tag line that appeared in all collateral. I collaborated to conceive the naming and thematic direction of all amenities spaces and worked with the architect and landscape designer to ensure the themes integration. It was my responsibility to create all print advertising, signage, brochures and floor plans. I was able to make sure everything conveyed the hip, Brooklyn-centric theme that I helped create. This also included the sales office graphics and even a model apartment I was asked to design.

Scott Mahr
I'm a one-man-band of sorts. A single source for conceptualization, copy and design. I also play well with others should you only need a single service. No account executives. You work directly with me, so you get the attention and direct interaction that makes for clear messages and quick turn-around.
As my clients can testify, I love the creative process and often give clients more than they pay for, in ideas that can benefit their businesses.
All work is estimated in advance. There will be no surprises or up charges. Subcontracted printing and fabrication charges are billed directly to the client with no mark-up or hidden commission. I am also happy to work with your current vendors.

Marketing

Graphic Design

Copywriting
As a result of my advertising background, I'm often called upon to create creative headines or descriptive copy. While this is not my primary vocation, it is a service I can offer those who don't want to work with an additional copywriter.

Website creation and design is an expanding and ever changing promotional vehicle. I design sites, stay informed on new trends, social media and e-commerce, then either fabricate the site myself or (in more complicated situations) work with a number of very talented programmers.
